Position 1:

PeopleSoft Functional SME - Remote - Clearance

  • Active DoD Clearance Required

Responsibilities:

As a PeopleSoft HCM Functional Analyst for the Army Pay program provide expertise to ensure functional business requirements and process issues are resolved using comprehensive enterprise applications solutions. Work with senior managers to identify and solve functional area issues, design solutions, develop conceptual models, translate functional area requirements into technical requirements, and support design and implementation of enterprise application solutions (such as ERP). Provides future business strategies from a data or systems point of view. Analyze information system baseline and perform gap analysis between the baseline, user operational requirements, and the operating capability of products.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree (in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree)

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

•    Versed in the design, implementation, test and deployment of PeopleSoft ERP HCM version 9.2
•    Strong knowledge of delivered PeopleSoft HCM capabilities and features.
•    10+ years of experience implementing ERP solutions (including Workday, PeopleSoft, etc) with a minimum of five years of functional experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.x

•    Functional experience with one or more of the following PeopleSoft modules: Global Payroll, HR Core, Profile Management, Base Benefits, Benefits Administration, Time and Labor, Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, Workflow and Self Service

•    Team player and be able to adjust to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency
•    Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner and success working in a Agile SAFe Scrum Team
•   Within 90 days of starting - Must have SAFe - Agilist certification

Elicit and document requirements and specifications from functional users and subject matter experts. Translates customer requirements into a best fit within the application, and supports development of Army Pay application, processes and documentation for the SDLC.

Develop and maintain standard systems requirement documents including but not limited to: business process workflows, Functional Requirements Documents Requirement Traceability Matrix, and use cases. Support application configuration and security setup as needed. Implement complex enterprise system configurations and end to end development design.

Create business process models and identify business process improvements. Review and comment on proposed functional/capability configuration for each of the product modules. Evaluation and feedback on system and functional design documents, test plans and scenarios, and other associated artifacts. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple, dynamic priorities. Effective communication skills and demonstrated experience working in a team-oriented environment. Apply HCM knowledge and industry best practices in developing the to-be business processes and procedures.

POSITION 2:

PeopleSoft Functional Tester - Remote - Clearance

 

As a Senior Functional Test Engineer will work under minimal supervision, perform tasks related to (functional, 508 Compliance, regression, performance, load, end-to-end, information assurance, integration, and security) testing of the PeopleSoft-Global Payroll based Army Pay system using manual and automated test tools. Work with business analysts to understand the system design and work with developers to resolve defects. Work with the Senior Test Lead to ensure test processes and procedures are followed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field 

• DoD Secret clearance required

• 10-12 years of software testing experience

• Development/Testing/Training experience on IPPS-A project
• Strong understanding of software testing techniques and methods with a solid quality assurance background

• Experience with Test Management tools (HP ALM, Azure DevOps, Jira)

• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment with understanding of test concepts, methodologies and practices
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner

  • Within 90 days of starting - MUST have SAFe Certified Agilist


Responsibilities:

• Update/maintain detailed test plans; develops test scenarios and test scripts; and, traces requirements to test cases to ensure coverage for full system integration test
• Ensures functional and technical requirements are met through system testing, regression testing, performance testing, system interface testing, and security testing activities
• Designs, develops and executes reusable test cases and procedures based on requirements relevant to automated test planning and creation using HP Application Life-Cycle Management (ALM) or a newly acquired tool

• Identifies, creates and secures test data as necessary
• Performs functional administration, configuration, and utilization of testing tools
• Collects, tracks and reports test metrics and briefs leadership on test status• Support the development of the Contractor's Test Management Plan (TMP) that defines the approach, processes, and procedures that integrates with and supports the Government's Integrated Test and Evaluation (T&E) approach and Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)
• Maintains the Requirements Traceability Verification Matrix (RTVM) with embedded Testability Matrix that maps test methods and events, test scripts, scenarios, and test results to the applicable requirement, to include test-related artifact changes
